What will you do?
We will start with a walk to one of the most beautiful and charming places in Cusco. There I will teach you gentle yoga postures so that your mind and body begin to relax. We will practice breathing and meditation techniques for the cold water immersion. You don’t need to bring anything but the willingness to trust in what you are capable of doing. This experience is perfect for disconnecting from the outside world and reconnecting with your inner nature.

I am Gonzalo. I have worked in tourism since 2016 and I have knowledge in yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques. My experience is based on the work of Wim Hof, a Dutch athlete who does immersions in ice water for several minutes without losing his calm, achieving multiple benefits for our body and mind.
