What will you do?
Cooking is mor than flavor. You will learn how to select the ingredients with which we will cook and their properties. So we will teach you cutting techniques, how to prepare our dishes and how to decorate them with art, in order to obtain a haute cuisine result. When you finish, you will be the owner of the secrets of one of the most visited restaurants in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Hi! We are Diego and Ana Lucia, a chef and a food engineer, lovers of Peruvian gastronomy. We met working in a restaurant and fell in love between stoves and customer orders. When our children were born, we decided to open our own kitchen to spend more time with them. The result was Pakakuna, one of the most renowned restaurants in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
