We depart from the entrance of the rural community of Mancora in the Fernandez Ravine which is the natural boundary between Mancora in the department of Piura and Canoas de Punta Sal in the department of Tumbes, to get into a wild landscape. We continue through some interior roads, cross country type, until we reach the carob tree forests, a dry forest where we can appreciate trees such as faiques, hualtacos, palo verde, among others.  We will find a diverse fauna.
