Hello! My name is Herbert, I am a Cusquenian artist graduated from the National School of Fine Arts of Cusco. I have the specialty of drawing and painting with watercolors. I like nothing more than walking around the city and finding scenes to paint. I have won national and international awards, and I am an honorary member of the Art Group, Friends of Watercolor.
