Description

More about this activity...

What will you do?

We will welcome you with a snack with fruit from our farm. We will explore the land and learn about cacao and the work of conserving its ecosystem and diversity. In this way, you will learn about the great variety of native cacao that we have rescued from all over Peru.

We will continue to show you how water is “harvested” in aguaje crops, an ancestral method that the Ecoperlacha farm continues to implement. You will have the opportunity to try three types of chocolate made with various native cacaos.

Afterwards, you will enjoy a jungle lunch with seasonal elements from the farm. You will try river fish grilled in banana leaves or chicken broth with ripe banana or fried yuca. To refresh yourself, you can drink coconut water and soft drinks made from local fruits such as cocona, camu camu, aguaje or taperibá.
