What will you do?
We begin the Yoga practice by meditating, then we prepare by aligning the breath with movements, warming up muscles and joints for a safe practice. We continue with well-planned asana sequences (yogic postures) that lead to the union of body, mind and spirit.

I started practicing yoga when I moved to Mancora in 2011. At first I felt that the postures did not work for me, and the more I tried to make it perfect, the worse it got. Until one day something clicked inside me and I understood that the trick was to relax, to go inside yourself. That journey inward was reflected in a better posture outward. Only when I trained as a Yoga instructor in 2016 did I come to understand the union between body, mind and spirit. My path is now to share what I have learned and help others begin the wonderful experience that is yoga.
