What will you do?
You will learn the history of the great monuments of the first park of Lima. Then you will visit the palace of the Exposition, an emblematic point of the city that was built in 1872 to host the International Exposition of Lima. Here also is located the Museum of Art of Lima (MALI), which houses the most outstanding works of Peruvian art. It is a collection ranging from pre-Hispanic to contemporary and one of the most complete in our city. You will also visit a secret jewel of Lima: the Museum of Italian Art, which brings together works by Italian artists of the early twentieth century. We will walk along the famous Jiron de la Union and arrive at Plaza San Martin where you can enjoy exquisite food in one of the best restaurants in downtown Lima.

How to get there
Lima Museum of Art. Parque de la Exposición, Av. 9 de Diciembre (also called Paseo Colón) 125, Lima.
If you are coming from Miraflores, take a bus along Arequipa Avenue to the Historic Center of Lima, and get off at the corner of Wilson Avenue (also called Garcilaso de la Vega) and Paseo Colon. The nearest “Metropolitano” bus stop is the Central Station.
We meet at the door of the MALI (Museo de arte de Lima), located inside the Parque de la Exposición.
