What will you do?
Learning kiteboarding is like learning to drive: we have to be patient and delicate. First, in the sand, I will teach you the bar safety system (the kite’s rudder) and how to handle your kite. I will teach you how to read the wind and we will do some practical kite maneuvering exercises. Once you know the theory, we will do the same exercises in the water. Once you have mastered your kite, you can use the board to start sailing. Generally, students are ready in the second or third class to enter the sea with the board. That’s when you’ll start sailing and even jumping and flying!

What is included in the price
Includes:
- Equipment for the class (board, kite),
- Lycra or wetsuit and life jacket, and aquatic radio
- Transfer from Pozitas and Mancora.
Not included:
- Transfer from other beaches, but I can organize it at a modest cost.

Things to consider
Bring:
- Sunblock
You must know how to swim in the sea (not just in the pool). The student will enter with the board only when the teacher sees that he already knows how to handle the kite. It usually occurs in the second or third class.

I love the sea and the freedom sailing gives you. When I was young I sailed a sunfish sailboat, until I discovered kiteboarding. Now I am a kiteboarding teacher. I like kiteboarding because it is a more gentle way of sailing and even lets you fly!
