Learn about host Alvaro
Hello, my name is Alvaro. I love nature and agriculture and I like to lead a healthy and simple life. In 2018 I moved to San Martin where I bought a farm to reforest. Here I produce 100% organic coffee. In the rest of the farm I am planting timber trees, local fruit trees and chiringa for latex extraction. I invite you to visit my farm and share with me the process of artisanal coffee production, from the harvest to the cup.
