What will you do?

At my home table, we will begin a journey full of the traditional aromas and flavors of Peru. The eight dishes I will prepare will make you fall in love: two appetizers, three main courses and three desserts. And since a good meal is not complete without a good conversation, during the meal I will tell you the story of my life and my innovations in the peruvian kitchen. You will taste not only food but also the true love of my country’s gastronomy.

La viñita 51 Passage, Barranco
At the end of the Luis Fernando Bedoya Reyes Expressway (Vía Expresa), in front of the REPSOL gas station, turn right onto Avenida El Sol. Go two blocks, then turn right into the Tumay passage. At the end there seems to be no exit, but go ahead and turn left. In the passage you will find a blue house with black bars.

Hello, my name is María and I am heir to traditional Peruvian cuisine. I was born among pots and ladles, and during my life I have perfected the culinary techniques of Peru. I learned it all from my mother, who had a tamale business and taught me to love cooking. And today I maintain her tradition, combining good taste with a gastronomy committed to the native products of the country, strengthening the alliance between farmers and cooks.
