Description

More about this activity...

What will you do?

We will welcome you with a frutillada, part of the ‘chichera’ identity of Cusco and our picantería. We will take you to each of the spaces of Cusqueñísima Picantería, where José will explain the history behind each utensil and ornament that decorates the place. We will learn about the production process of the AJHA or Andean chicha and about the culinary legacy we have investigated and collected for more than a decade. You will observe how uchucuta, a spicy cream made from rocoto and herbs, is made. Finally, we will taste a 5-course menu, where you will taste everything you have learned.
